Due to the digital nature of GTV subscriptions, payments are generally non-refundable once the service has been activated and access details have been supplied.
If GTV is unable to activate or provide the service you purchased, we will offer a replacement, service correction, or refund where appropriate.
Refunds are not provided simply because a customer changes their mind, no longer wants the service, has internet/Wi-Fi issues, or uses an incompatible device.
Customers experiencing an issue should contact GTV first so we have a reasonable opportunity to troubleshoot and resolve it. Temporary interruptions, individual channel issues, or third-party internet/device problems do not automatically qualify for a refund.
Faulty GTV-supplied devices will be assessed and repaired, replaced, or refunded where required under applicable Australian Consumer Law. Physical damage, misuse, unauthorised modification, or accidental damage isn't covered as a change-of-mind refund.
Customers may choose not to renew their subscription. Cancelling does not normally generate a refund for unused time remaining on an already activated subscription.
Nothing in this policy excludes or limits any rights or remedies customers have under Consumer Law that cannot legally be excluded.
